John Lewis Leicester

New Department Store

CODA Architects were responsible for the internal layout and fit-out design and undertook the role of John Lewis Partnership's Liaison Architects on the building designed by Foreign Office Architects (FOA).

The striking double skin façade, designed by FOA, is made up of 2 separate layers of glazing, each frosted with the same lace pattern (to reflect the lacemaking history of the city).
